Return & Exchanges

The products ordered/purchased online (www.siricollections.in) by our customers are individually made in accordance with their choices, so we expect our customers to support our NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE POLICY.

We only accept returns in the following cases.

1. If you have received a damaged product (or) 

2. If you have received a different product than what you have ordered. 

Also  NO RETURN and NO EXCHANGE on products under SALE !

Returns

To be eligible for a return/exchange for a damaged product, we need opening video of parcel to our Email: contactsirijewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp @ +91-98662-82798, without opening video of parcel we do not consider product as damaged in transit. Upon sending us opening video, product should be shipped to our address within 24-48hours, failing to do so, won’t be eligible for return/exchange.

Return applicable with original receipt and product should be in unused condition, there will not be any cash back for return products, and credit note shall be issued which will be valid for 6 months.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return/exchange.

Refunds

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then a credit note shall be raised and send it to you.

Shipping within India is free on order value above Rs. 1000/-, any returns/exchanges of products involved with multiple shipments for same order need to be taken care by customer.

Sale items

Unfortunately sale/discounted items are not eligible to be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper trackable service.
